Summer M. Sneed
Administrative Manager
Summer is the Administrative Manager for Gaskin Asset Management and serves the staff and clients with a smile. She manages client logistics, including opening and closing accounts, deposits, and documentation. She schedules client calls and meetings and follows-up with pending client-related activities. She also works with Bob in identifying and responding to compliance and regulatory issues. Her friendly disposition and desire to help are assets to our clients and our staff.
She will be working toward her Series 7 licensing in the coming months and is eager to learn the extensive language of finance.
Summer has been a Tar Heel since birth and attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism, initially working in public television and public relations. Summer most recently served as the Communications Manager for Providence Baptist Church, where she managed all aspects of communication, including website development, event coordination, member information, and graphic design. Summer loves camping (mostly sitting by the campfire) and is very musical. She is a proud mother to Brady, who is at UNCC (studying accounting and finance), and Hartley, who is at UNCW (studying graphic design). She counts her little schnoodle Bobbie Mae as her third child, who thinks she rules the roost (and probably does).
